Lightning, our almost 13 year old golden retriever has passed away July 5th 2016. In 2010 we adopted Lightning together with her sister Thunder. From day one we felt very lucky to have been able to adopt these fabulous sisters. Lightning was affectionate, smart, loved to catch (especially in the kitchen), chase bunnies, loved her walks and was always a very happy dog. Lightning was definitely the sweetest dog we will ever have and surely will be missed. We will forever love our Lightning!
