Hunter joined our family in May 2009, age 4 or 5. He came to RAG of AZ from a “backyard breeder” for whom he had been a stud and slowly adjusted to the life of a pampered pet.
Hunter was a very athletic golden retriever who loved to fetch a ball, play with toys, and wrestle with his “brother” Sebastian. He was loving with his family and tolerant of the two “little humans” who came into his life nearly three years after he was adopted.
Hunter passed away in July 2018 due to multiple medical issues associated with his advanced age (13 or 14 at that time).
