Sebastian was born in October 2001 and adopted from RAG of AZ in August 2002. Originally a “Christmas puppy,” he was surrendered to the rescue when the mother of his family suffered a serious head injury and the family could no longer care for him.
Sebastian was one of the smartest dogs I have ever known, and had his people well-trained. He loved everyone – including cats – and made friends wherever he went.
Sadly, he was taken from us too soon, passing away in June 2011 due to a hemangiosarcoma in the wall of his heart that burst, causing a cardiac tamponade.
