Meet Lily! Lily is a 3-year-old spayed Golden Retriever who is up to date on her vet care and ready for a patient, loving home 💛 She’s a sensitive, very emotional girl who forms deep bonds with her people. Lily loves the water and is happiest when she can splash and swim—true to her Golden roots! Lily has had limited socialization, so the world can feel a bit overwhelming to her right now. She is not yet leash trained and can be fearful around other dogs. She hasn’t been exposed to children, so a calm, adult home (or one with older, dog-savvy kids) would likely be the best fit for her. She does well with cats and would thrive with a family willing to go slow, build her confidence, and show her that the world is a safe place. With patience, structure, and love, Lily has so much potential to blossom into a deeply devoted companion.

Upon intake, dogs are given a complete exam by a licensed veterinarian, updated on vaccinations (if necessary), spayed or neutered (if not already done), tested for heartworm and fecal parasites, and microchipped.
