Rescue a Golden of Arizona

Adopted

Meet

Toby now Ozzy

Age: 1 year old
Sex: Male
Color: Red fur
Weight: 65 lbs
Meet Toby, a playful one-year-old male who was surrendered because his family’s landlord said he’s too big and his barking when left outside disturbed the neighbors. Loving, friendly, and excitable, he enjoys playing in water, digging, and spending time with people. He knows “sit” and “stay” but would benefit from more training and mental stimulation. He does well with other dogs, is good with children (though his enthusiasm can be a bit much for small kids), and his experience with cats is unknown. He’s reportedly up to date on vaccines, in good health, and travels well in the car. Toby will thrive in a home where he can be included in daily life and given plenty of attention and activity.
