Meet Niño!
Niño is a sweet 4-month-old Golden Retriever puppy who is just beginning his journey toward a healthier future. He is an intact male who has been living indoors in a whelping area with other dogs. He enjoys the company of both children and other dogs.
As a young puppy, Niño has not yet been house-trained and will need a family or foster home willing to help him learn the basics using patience and positive reinforcement.
Niño is currently underweight and had initially been diagnosed with a liver condition, however, he has already been evaluated by one of our internal medicine specialists who determined that his bloodwork and behavior are typical for a puppy his age.
Niño is a sweet puppy who deserves every chance to thrive, and we're committed to finding the best path forward for him.

Upon intake, dogs are given a complete exam by a licensed veterinarian, updated on vaccinations (if necessary), spayed or neutered (if not already done), tested for heartworm and fecal parasites, and microchipped.
