Bruce
Bruce is a handsome, big-hearted boy who weighs in at almost 100 pounds! This sweet, neutered guy has lots of love to give and a playful, exuberant personality. He enjoys meeting people, gets along well with other dogs, and does well with children. Because of his size and enthusiasm, a home with older children may be the best fit.
Bruce could use some help polishing his manners and learning a few new skills. He's not crate-trained or doggy-door-trained yet, and he occasionally enjoys digging and checking out what's on the kitchen counters. He's also a little anxious when left alone, but the good news is that he hasn't been destructive. Bruce's current family has been caring for an elderly parent, and his size and energy have become difficult to manage in that situation. He's a sweet dog with no known aggression, and he's looking for a home where he can get the attention, exercise, and continued training he needs to be his best self. Upon intake, dogs are given a complete exam by a licensed veterinarian, updated on vaccinations (if necessary), spayed or neutered (if not already done), tested for heartworm and fecal parasites, and microchipped.
