Meet Shepherd! 🐾
Shepherd is a 5-year-old male Golden Retriever who is friendly, well-mannered, and family-oriented. He’s up to date on vaccines (as of 12/30/25), knows basic commands, loves to swim, rides well in the car, and walks nicely on leash. He adores children and is crate trained, happily choosing his crate as his sleeping spot.
Shepherd is currently unneutered and has one testicle; his vet recommends neutering due to cancer risk, which will be completed. He’s in foster care with the owner’s daughter after a sudden work-related change made it impossible for his owner to keep him.
He's a wonderful, easygoing Golden looking for a loving forever home. 💛

Upon intake, dogs are given a complete exam by a licensed veterinarian, updated on vaccinations (if necessary), spayed or neutered (if not already done), tested for heartworm and fecal parasites, and microchipped.
