September: Meet Margo

I was blessed to have been born into rescue on May 10, 2024, and met my forever parents when I was just six weeks old! They visited weekly and played with me and my siblings until it was time to go home and meet my “fur”sisters, Bailey and Mazy. My parents obviously fell in love with me at first sight! I still get to see my foster mom, Becky, and have playdates with my littermate sisters, Mariah and Bella.

I have two secrets! First, I love when Mom gently brushes my cheeks with her blush brush each morning – it makes me feel extra pretty! Second, my full name is Margo Rita. My parents knew I needed a middle name, and they have to chuckle whenever they call out “Come here, Margo Rita!”

I’m a bit of an introvert, and new humans make me nervous. I’m not a fan of loud noises or quick movements, but I am working on becoming braver and more confident. I still go a little berserk when I see my foster mom, Becky – I’ll never forget her – and also adore our neighbor, Holly. I love walks and playtime with my extended family, including my four-legged relatives, Callie, Brie, and Todd.

My favorite things in the world include nuzzling my stuffies, chewing on bones, hiking, getting face rubs, playing ball, swimming, napping, and snuggling with my favorite humans.
