Bailey is a beautiful 1-year-old, 45-pound girl who is looking for a new home through no fault of her own. Her owner loves her very much, but a new work schedule means Bailey is no longer getting the time and attention she deserves. Her owner feels that the kindest thing is to find Bailey a home where someone can be there for her more.
Bailey is a very friendly, sweet, energetic girl who loves everyone she meets! She is petite for a Golden and has plenty of youthful energy. She enjoys playing with other dogs at the dog park, although she can become a little overwhelmed if too many dogs swarm her at once.
Bailey loves people and is especially affectionate—she’s also a big licker! Because she can be a little jumpy when excited, she may do best with older children or a family who understands that she is still a young, exuberant girl learning her manners.
Bailey sounds like a wonderful companion for someone who has the time to give her the exercise, attention, companionship and love she craves. She is young, happy, social and ready to find her forever family.

Upon intake, dogs are given a complete exam by a licensed veterinarian, updated on vaccinations (if necessary), spayed or neutered (if not already done), tested for heartworm and fecal parasites, and microchipped.
