Meet Jaxson, a handsome 7-month-old boy who’s full of energy, curiosity, and personality. As you might expect for his age, he’s active and always ready for fun—whether that’s playtime, exploring, or learning something new. He is up to date on vaccines, microchipped, and already crate trained, giving him a great foundation for continued training and structure in his new home. He’s also picking up on good manners—he knows to sit politely before receiving attention, which he happily shows off when meeting new people. He has done well meeting children during outings and enjoys their company, though—as with any young, energetic pup—supervision and guidance are important to help him continue developing appropriate behavior. He has not been off leash with other dogs, but he has shown positive, calm reactions when encountering them in public settings like adoption events. A cat-free home is required for him. He has a strong instinct to chase and grab at cats, and despite efforts, this behavior has not improved—so for everyone’s safety and comfort, he needs a home without feline companions. This sweet, spirited pup is looking for a home that can match his energy, continue his training, and give him the structure and outlets he needs to thrive. With the right guidance, he has all the makings of a loyal and fun-loving companion.
