Oliver “Ollie” — Our Sweet Baby Bear
Eric, now Oliver aka Ollie, came into our lives in Flagstaff from Rescue a Golden of AZ in Phoenix as a big ball of fluff and wonder, and he’s filled every corner of our home and hearts with his giant personality—and his fur. At 8 months and 80 pounds of pure puppy, he is our Ollie Bear, Polar Bear, Baby Brubbie — the playful, joyful soul who reminds us daily what unconditional love looks like.
He is curious about the world and into absolutely everything, yet he meets it all with innocence and wide-eyed excitement. He loves to wrestle with his big brother, Ferris, and follow his big sis, Evita, everywhere. His bark might be big, but his kindness is bigger.
Ollie loves water, treats, toys, socks, shoes, and even rocks — but what he loves most is being close. He sleeps on his back without a care in the world and has no idea what personal space is, gently placing a paw on us whenever he wants just one more pet… or two… or ten! He “helps” with the dishwasher and any job that needs zero dogs. He’s learning, growing, and discovering, but he already knows how to be the best boy with his sweetness, his snuggles, and his joyful greetings at the door. He carries our arms around when we get home to show how excited he is and trades them for a toy and a kiss. He’s truly become part of the rhythm of our days.
Ollie is more than a puppy! He is comfort, laughter, chaos, softness, and love wrapped into one giant floof. Thank you, Rescue a Golden of AZ, for bringing Ollie to us to complete our family!
