Rescue a Golden of Arizona

Pending Adoption

Meet

Kip

Kip is a 7-month-old intact red Golden Retriever with high energy, seeking an active family. His current owners, in the middle of a move, can’t manage his energy due to long work hours. Kip is crate-trained but crated for long periods, leading to boredom and occasional chewing or door-darting. He’s housebroken, good with children (though he jumps up), and playful with the household kitten. He knows basic commands, is good on a leash, but needs more training. Kip isn’t fond of water, gets car sick, and may dig but doesn’t try to escape. Though his father had elevated liver enzymes, Kip has shown no health issues.
