Ruger is an intact, fun-loving, water-obsessed golden retriever with a big personality. He’s energetic, playful, and always ready for an adventure—especially if it involves splashing around! Ruger is a jumper and still learning his manners, but he’s a sweetheart at heart. He gets along wonderfully with female dogs and hasn’t had much exposure to males yet. Ruger adores kids and would thrive in an active home that can match his energy.

Upon intake, dogs are given a complete exam by a licensed veterinarian, updated on vaccinations (if necessary), spayed or neutered (if not already done), tested for heartworm and fecal parasites, and microchipped.
