Meet Sam, a friendly, 3-year-old male Golden Retriever looking for a loving home. His owner is unable to care for him due to medical issues, so Sam spends too much time outside. He’s housebroken, good with kids and other dogs, and loves car rides. Sam is affectionate and playful, though he may pull a bit on his leash when excited. He’s ready to join a family that can give him the attention and companionship he deserves.

Upon intake, dogs are given a complete exam by a licensed veterinarian, updated on vaccinations (if necessary), spayed or neutered (if not already done), tested for heartworm and fecal parasites, and microchipped.
