Rescue a Golden of Arizona

Pending Adoption

Meet

Bud

Bud was a stray, approximately 10 years old. He is temporarily being housed with a family who has a resident Yorkie mix, with whom he gets along well. He shows no signs of aggression.

Bud is an active dog who loves to run around and jump on furniture, and he has a habit of digging in the yard. He is known to bark alertly and pulls on the leash during walks. Additionally, Bud attempts to run out the front door, so caution is needed when entering or exiting the house. Also, he is afraid of thunder and fireworks. Although he has not been exposed to young kids or cats, he does well in the car without any signs of car sickness. Inside the house, he has not caused any damage, indicating he has potential for indoor living with proper training. It’s unknown if he likes to swim.
