‍We are looking for a few dedicated volunteers to join our Golden Midwife team!
As you may remember, we were totally blessed with 3 litters of Golden puppies in May—all three Golden moms and their litters were born in 3 separate homes attended by midwives—members of RAGofAZ-- who kept the moms and pups until the pups were 8 weeks old and could move safely to their forever homes.
We are always surprised to have a pregnant Golden Retriever, and we often have to move quickly to get her into her birthing home so that she can adjust and begin to “nest”.
