Many of you know that Rescue A Golden of Arizona is doing a booming business this year having rescued nearly 100 Goldens since New Year’s Day! In fact, we are in the midst of a “Puppypalooza” and will be delivering 23 “golden nuggets” in 4-5 weeks.
Can you help us get all these pups (and other rescued dogs) to their forever homes? Yes? Here’s how:
Become a member of our Home Visit Team so you can meet and evaluate future adopters to ensure we find the best match for each dog. Or ... join our Transport Team and be one of the lucky hands-on volunteers who delivers our rescued Goldens right into the arms of their loving new owners. There is nothing more gratifying.
Below you will find everything you need to know about volunteering for the Home Visit and Transport Teams. Well, mostly everything, but we’ve got fantastic leaders and experienced team members who will coach you every step of the way.
Interested? Don’t wait, please email our Director of Golden Rescue, Kerri Crabtree, at kerriwf@icloud.com right away. We especially need transporters in the East Valley and Home Visit volunteers for in-person visits in the West Valley, East Valley, and Central Phoenix.
An adorable puppy - or perhaps an abandoned Golden who at this moment is waiting desperately for rescue and reprieve - both are counting on you.
