February 17th update:

Poncho was in a home and they threw him away.  It’s a shame they think dogs are garbage but when they come from a home and are tossed out they are really lost and depressed.

Here are some photos of Poncho, now known as Diego, as he leaves Guadalajara to start his new life in Arizona.
